Lay your child on his or her back with the head tilted toward the right. Place the tip of the dropper at the base of the left upper nostril. Do not insert the dropper more than ¼ inch into the nostril. Instill solution and follow the same procedure in the right upper nostril after turning your child’s head to the left.
