Step 1: Cleanse skin with soap and water and dry throughly. Step 2: Then applying, pay speacil attention to spaces between toes. Step 3: For treatment apply a thin layer over affected area morning and night for full treatment period of 4 weeks. For Prevention apply think layer to feet once or twice a day. Step 4: Wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and cotton socks
