Medicinal Ingredients : Each caplet contains: UC-II® Collagen Complex : 40 mg Containing 27.2 mg of chicken sternum cartilage (Gallus gallus) providing: Total Collagen : 10 mg Unhydrolyzed Type II Collagen : 1.2 mg Boron (glycinate) : 3.36 mg Hyaluronic Acid (sodium hyaluronate) : 3.3 mg Non-medicinal Ingredients : Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, silica, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant)

Directions

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 caplet daily, taken with vitamin D and calcium, or as directed by a physician

Warnings and precautions

Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, a kidney disorder, or have been diagnosed with estrogen-dependent cancer. Consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen. Some people may experience constipation and/or headaches. Avoid use in cases of known allergy/hypersensitivity to chicken. Keep out of reach of children.
